Product Introduction

A power module is a package of several power semiconductor components that are soldered onto a substrate and lead frame. Some modules contain a single power component, such as a MOSFET, IGBT, or diode; others may contain a ceramic capacitor for switching voltage or a sensor for monitoring temperature.

Product Application

Power modules are widely used in power conversion devices, such as frequency converters, embedded motor drives, uninterruptible power supply systems, DC/AC power supplies, and inverters for renewable energy, or power units for electric vehicles.
