Conflict Minerals Policy

As a responsible corporate citizen, I-Chiun Precision Industry Co., Ltd., based on its corporate social responsibility and respect for international human rights, hereby makes the following statement regarding metallic minerals derived from armed conflict, illegal mining, and mining in substandard working conditions (hereinafter referred to as "conflict minerals"):

I-Chiun will take relevant measures to avoid using such conflict minerals in its products. It requires all suppliers to conduct a thorough investigation into whether the minerals containing gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), palladium (Pd) in their products are mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo, by anarchist groups or illegal organizations, or in high-risk conflict areas. If necessary, the company will request suppliers to provide the information obtained from their investigations. The company will continue to monitor the issue of conflict minerals in order to mitigate the impact of the mineral issue.
