Supply chain management policy

Our company regards suppliers as important partners for sustainable development. We establish long-term and close cooperative relationships through supplier selection, auditing, coaching, education and training and rewards. We require suppliers to comply with ESG management principles and RBA code of conduct in order to achieve the management goals of green and sustainable operation and create win-win opportunities.

 

Supplier Management

  • Establish a supplier selection system that comprehensively considers quality, delivery time, price, technical capabilities, and sustainable development performance.
  • Supplier performance will be evaluated regularly, and those with outstanding performance will be rewarded or given priority in cooperation.
  • For suppliers who need improvement, we provide guidance and training to help them enhance their management capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Establish a stable and transparent cooperation mechanism to ensure the resilience and sustainability of the supply chain.
 

Supplier ESG Management

  • Environment(E):Require suppliers to comply with environmental protection regulations, implement energy conservation and carbon reduction, waste management, and pollution prevention, and encourage the introduction of environmental management systems.
  • Society(S):Suppliers should protect the human rights of their employees, refrain from using child labor or forced labor, provide a safe and healthy working environment, and comply with labor laws.
  • Governance(G):Suppliers should adhere to the principle of honest operation, prohibit any form of corruption, fraud and improper transfer of benefits, and protect information security and trade secrets.
 

Supplier RBA Management

  • Suppliers should comply with the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct. Our company will continuously monitor suppliers' compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct through audits, document reviews, and on-site inspections.
  • RBA covers the following five aspects:
    • (1) Labor: Respect human rights, ensure voluntary employment, reasonable   working hours and wages, and prohibit discrimination.
    • (2) Health and Safety: Establish occupational safety and health systems to prevent work-related injuries and occupational diseases and protect employee well-being.
    • (3) Environment: Complies with environmental regulations and properly manages emissions of hazardous substances, waste and greenhouse gases.
    • (4) Business ethics: maintain fair trade and honest management, prohibit bribery and corruption, and protect intellectual property rights.
    • (5) Management System: Establish a sound management structure to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
 

Supplier Integrity and Clean Management

  • Our company strictly prohibits any supplier or employee from engaging in bribery, kickbacks, conflicts of interest, or other improper conduct.
  • Suppliers must adhere to the principles of integrity and honesty, ensure fair and transparent transactions, and must not offer money, gifts, or other benefits in any form to influence business decisions.
  • Those who violate the code of conduct for integrity and honesty will be subject to measures such as suspension of cooperation, termination of contract, or inclusion in a blacklist, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
 

Manufacturer feedback and reporting mechanism

  • To ensure transparency and integrity in our cooperation, we have established a supplier feedback and reporting channel for manufacturers to submit suggestions, opinions, or report illegal activities.
  • All reports will be handled by a designated unit and processed in accordance with the principle of confidentiality to protect the identity and rights of the whistleblower.
  • The company encourages suppliers to actively reflect their opinions and help us to continuously improve the quality of supply chain management and integrity management.
