II、Current status of water resources
According to the ESI (Environment Sustainable Index), Taiwan is among the 18 most water-scarce countries globally. Furthermore, scenario simulation analysis using the World Resources Institute (WRI)'s Aqueduct tool indicates that in 2030, I-Chiun Precision, located in the New Taipei City Industrial Park, will draw its water from the Feitsui Reservoir. Due to the reservoir's consistently abundant water reserves and safe water levels, there are no concerns about overall water shortages. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances leading to a sudden water supply disruption, water truck suppliers are readily available to provide assistance. While there is no immediate and significant risk of water shortage, I-Chiun Precision strives to maximize water use efficiency and minimize water consumption.
Because the site is located in an industrial park, all wastewater is discharged into the park's wastewater treatment plant. Water quality tests are conducted every June and December, and the results always meet the water quality standards set by the park.

III、Water treatment
Although I-Chiun Precision is not located in a water-pressure area, it has invested tens of millions of yuan in related equipment to maximize water efficiency, including classifying water use across the entire production line, reorganizing pipelines, and purchasing relevant water recycling equipment. Currently, the production line water is mainly used for general domestic water, process electroplating, product cleaning, air conditioning cooling systems, and waste gas and wastewater treatment.
Regarding water recycling, the recycling rate has reached over 80%, and the recycled water is used to produce pure water, thus achieving repeated recycling. In terms of water conservation performance management goals, our company maintains equipment with the utmost rigor and strictly manages the recycling rate, aiming to maintain an 80% recycling rate in the long term.
