Board of Directors
Pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company, the Company shall have seven to nine directors, adopting a candidate nomination system, of which the number of independent directors shall not be less than three and shall not be less than one-half of the board seats. The term of office shall be three years and the directors may be re-elected.
The chairman is from among the directors by the directors. The chairman represents the company externally and oversees major affairs of the; the company also liability insurance to cover the scope of executed by all directors.
The term of office of this board of directors is from May 25, 2026 to May 24, 2029
