Our company has signed a contract with the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corp. (TDCC) , to use its "Stock Affairs e-Counter" (eCounter platform) to accept shareholder applications for stock affairs using digital signatures. Please refer to the disclosure notes for the "eCounter Stock Affairs e-Counter." For other electronic stock affairs applications not yet available on the platform, please continue to submit applications to our company's stock affairs agent (stock affairs unit) using the current written method, affixed with your original seal.
